TYPES OF LEAVE VACATION MEDICALS & HOW IT WORKS
The Leave Vacation and Medical welfare department has made the new rules for the expatriates in war zones, that request for a work leave to be applied by their loved ones/friends/relatives for the reasons below.
Health Leave
The health leave is the visit whereby a Soldier/Doctor/Engineer/Staff/Worker under the HUMANITARIAN AID Organization is not in Good health and his loved ones/friends/relatives may need him home for proper treatment.
Romantic vacation
when Soldier/Doctor/Engineer/Staff/Worker personnel need to spend time away from service to spend some time with a loved one(there has to be an exclusive reason for it to be granted)
Marital Leave
This leave is whereby the Government gives a Soldier/Doctor/Engineer/Staff/Worker the opportunity to leave the war zone to meet u with their fiancee for marriage purposes.
You must be informed that emergency leaves are not free of charge unless there is a life-threatening emergency.
You are thereby expected to go through the leave categories and make your choice.

3 Months Leave $7,300

1 year Leave. $36,750
The above leave Duration are made available for you to choose send payment according to choice made for your partner depending on your capability and expected time that you will want him to spend with you.
The reasons of payment for emergency leave Application is to assist the Humanitarian authority in replacement expenses and supporting of troops coming to take over duties from anyone going on emergency leave and must be considered worthy and a way of ensuring that our applicants are protected and allowed to judiciously make use of their times for reasons they have applied and paid
for.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LEAVE
LEAVE VACATION MEDICALS Short Time Leave
A period of approved absence for Personnel/staff duty during which full state pay and benefits continue. Includes paid time granted by statute and time during which an employee has elected to apply his or her accrued leave as permitted by policy.
LEAVE VACATION MEDICALS Leave Without Pay
